Banana Date Oatmeal

Basic Oatmeal Recipe
1 tsp cardamom
2 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
1 banana, sliced into rounds (the riper, the better)

+ Prepare oatmeal as directed, adding cardamom and dates when you add the cinnamon.
+ Add the banana with the chia seeds.
+ Serve warm, topped with slices of date.
