Basic Oatmeal Recipe
1 tbs honey
1 cup whole cherries
+ Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
+ Cook oatmeal according to recipe, adding honey when you add the chia seeds.
+ While the oats are cooking, lay the whole cherries out on the baking sheet - don't pit or de-stem. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cherries are shriveled and they have begun to release juice. Let the cherries cool a little, then carefully slice open and remove the pits.
+ Serve oatmeal warm and topped with roasted cherries.
