Zucchini Bread Oatmeal

Adapted from Oh She Glows -

Basic Oatmeal Recipe
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tbs honey
½ cup grated zucchini
1 tbs dried cranberries
1 tsp vanilla

+ Cook the oatmeal according to basic recipe, adding the nutmeg and honey when you add the cinnamon and salt.
+ When you add the chia seeds, once the oats are simmering, add the zucchini and cranberries.
+ Once the desired texture is reached, remove from heat, stir in vanilla, and serve.
